    "The Triumph of the Legion of Super-Villains!"

    Dynamo-Boy recruits Cosmic King, Saturn Queen and Lightning Lord into his version of the Legion of Super-Heroes. They come into conflict with the Legion of Substitute Heroes but are forced to stop fighting. Superboy comes into contact with them and are issued a challenge: defeat three ex-members of the Legion of Super-Heroes and they will never bother them again. The Legion of Super-Villains agree and are defeated and sent to prison by the Science Police. The real Legion of Super-Heroes are back in business.
