Superboy's New Parents: (Superboy) Hoping to learn Superboy's true identity, a reporter reminds the juvenile court that legally a minor boy without a home or parents must be sent to the boy's home. Superboy can't reveal his parent's identity without putting them in danger. he is about to be sent to the boy's home when a couple (the Smirts) volunteer to adopt him and the judge approves it provisionally. the Smirts just want to exploit him, telling him it is a son's duty to obey his parents so he makes himself more trouble than they can handle so they give him back to the court. Superboy then finds a loophole in that while he looks young, the court can't actually prove he is a minor.
