After Adrienne Roy applied for an opening at DC Comics as a colorist, she was trained by DC's Production Supervisor supervisor Jack Adler. She began her coloring career in 1987, and quickly rose to the top as the most popular colorist. During the next two decades, Adrienne would color well over 300 issues of just Batman and Detective Comics. She has well over 1,400 issues credited to her as a colorist that range from Robin to The New Teen Titans!
Adrienne also colored the World's Greatest Superheroes Sunday strips.
