The P.L.O. (Pot Luck Organization) has been freed on condition that they kill the Hamsters. They have met up with Big Eddie, knocked out by Chuck who beat him up in 3D Hamsters #1. This issue features mini bios of each member of the P.L.O.

The Hamsters leave the swamp creature, the Heap. They get on a bus to continue their mission of bringing the package to Master Lock's brother, only to find out that Chuck mailed the package before they even left. Now they decide to go to Dizzyworld.

Meanwhile, Master Lock is randomly searching for the Hamsters around the world in paces like Holland.

On the bus, Clint meets a punk girl names Randi that he had known earlier, and they bond and hook up. She decides to ally with them, although even she doesn't support Clint's destruction of the Statue of Liberty.

However, another bus rider squeals on the Hamsters and tells the P.L.O. where they're going. The P.L.O. gets on a plane to meet them at Dizzyworld.

The cops stop the bus, trying to find the Hamsters, but instead pick up a random mobster and her son who were also on the bus. The Hamsters, acting on a plan from Randi, pretend to be dogs by taping socks to their ears.

They finally get to Dizzyworld and Clint beats up a worker dressed as Rickey Rat. P.L.O. member Mongo tears the door off their plane, forcing it to crash into Dizzyworld, where the P.L.O. and the Hamsters confront each other.
