    Tales of the Supermen....

This collection focuses on the new 52 adventures of Superman and we're also introduced to Earth-23's Superman, Calvin Ellis, as well as the lost Superman, Adam Blake. Adam Blake is the new 52 version of Captain Comet who in this reality grew up not far from Clark Kent in Kansas. His telekinetic powers were mistaken for him being a poltergeist and becoming a local legend as the Blake Farm Ghost. We also see the new 52 debut of the Kryptonite Man and another villain that menaces Superman in the form of Nimrod the Hunter.

This is a highly entertaining collection and every bit as much fun as the first arc. The back up features are also highly enjoyable and do a great job of focusing on the more personal sides of Clark and Calvin. The art throughout is consistently good with the best coming from Cully Hammer.

All in all, this is definitely worth your time and hard earned cash, IMO. Not only do we get tales of the various Superman buy a good dose of Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen as well.

    The Score: 4/5

It's definitely the low point of the three volumes of Morrison's work on this title, but I urge anyone reading this who feels like giving up before volum...
