Superman is currently lost in the Phantom Zone due to General Zod and an army of Kryptonians.

Jonathan and Martha Kent are worried about their lost son and the odds of him actually defeating the army. Jonathan reassures Martha that Clark has faced all odds already. He proceeds to tell Martha about a time when Clark faced overwheming odds that she was unaware of.

Johnathan and Clark had lied to Martha saying that they were going ice fishing. They first travel to the Fortress Of Solitude where Clark uses a crystal to create a spaceship. Johnathan has always dreamed about going into space. But it wasn't a peaceful trip to space because there was a sun-eater attacking the local star system, and Superman defeats it after holding off its blasts.

They head back to earth where the two just talk as father and son. Superman catches a net full of fishes and the two just head home afterwards.

People also like to say how lame Superman is but I think that's because he's not easy to write for. The guy is virtually unbeatable. He needs villains of a calibur that will ma...
