    This is a standard Superman story that is fairly entertaining. Simone does admirable work in telling a tale of a strange character who seems to be very interested in controlling magnetism. Gail's Superman is only a tiny bit 2D. The real nice element of this comic is John Byrne. His style looks just as nice in a comic from 2005 as it does in one from 1985. His work has a classic feel that doesn't look as dated as some might expect and that's a testament to the support he has in his colorer and in...
