"Attack of the Micro-Murderer" When Superman chases a bank robber fleeing in a helicopter, the chopper crashes and he discovers that the thief's body is inhabited by a Zohtt, a magical alien being. The Zohtt threatens to summon Superman to the future for another encounter. Later, Superman does indeed get summoned to the year 3486, where the Zohtt manages to infect him with a super-virus. In an attempt to rid himself of the virus, Back in 1971, Superman enlists the aid of the people of Metropolis in getting vast quantities of blood for a transfusion. When this fails to work, Superman goes to a distant, lifeless world so that when he dies, the Zohtt will have no other body to inhabit so it will die too. However, Superman has tricked the Zohtt into entering an android, where it is trapped.
2. "The Man with the X-Ray Mind" In Clark Kent's college days, he meets the residence janitor, Mr. Lundgren, who has a skrying ability allowing him to foresee the future. A greedy psychology professor tries to use Lundgren's abilities for his own gain when he tries to steal a radioactive formula for transmuting metals to gold from the physics lab.
3. "The Impossible Legend" A Vigilante tale. Vigilante sets out to prove a legend about three disabled deputies, one of whom was deaf, another blind and the third dumb. He decides to capture some outlaws while having each disability in turn.
4. "When Krypto was Superboy's Master!" Professor Lang is accused of falsifying his work on some ancient artifacts. He translates the runes on a mysterious globe as saying that the globe will cause two minds to swap if two people stare at the globe while it is spinning. The curse seems to come true when Superboy and Krypto swap minds. It turns out later that Superboy and Krypto were faking the swap in order to boost Professor Lang's credibility.
