A former Minuteman hailing from Hawaii with serious psychopathic tendencies. He refused to rejoin Graves and has vowed to kill him for setting him up. After Shepherd's death he acted as the Warlord for the Trust.
Since accepting the attache from Agent Graves her life was changed forever. Trained to be a Minuteman, she will be a key player. However as a pawn of Graves her true purpose still remains a mystery.
The second Minuteman to be activated. Nicknamed "The Wolf," Burns is Agent Graves' right hand man.
A former Minuteman who became a liasion with the Trust. He was key in helping Graves save his old colleagues some of whom he has trained.
One of the recipients of Graves' attaché which contained a picture of his father Curtis. Ended up in jail for murder where he was trained as a Minuteman by Lono.
Current Head of the Trust, he has plans to end the often deadly rivalries between families. Old Friend of Graves they appear to now be enemies.
The head of the House of Dietrich from an early age, Megan took the reigns from her father who was taken out by the Minutemen in Atlantic City.
Heir to the House of Medici. Has a troubled relation with his father Augustus but has accepted his responsibilities following a failed assassination attempt. Is one of Dizzy's possible suiters.
The fifth Minuteman to be awakened. Nicknamed "The Monster," Daw is the strongest of the Minutemen and joins up with Lono against Graves.
The first Minuteman to be awoken. Nicknamed "The Rain," Ray was left to his own devices before taking a more active role in the conflict between the Trust and Graves.
The fourth Minuteman activated. Nicknamed "the Point Man," Times is a perfect shot and natural leader who picks his own side in the war between the Trust and Graves.
The last of the Minutemen to be activated. Nicknamed "The Saint," Rome's tendency to favor skill over thought makes him Graves' workhorse in the war against the Trust.
Augustus Medici's bodyguard. He once was offered to join the Minutemen but declined.
Head of the House of Vasco. Know to settle it's problems in blood has always had the most runins with other Houses. Javier is unhappy that so much power is in the hands of the Medici.
A former journalist who was one of the recipients of the Attaché. He has since tried to learn more about the Trust and has crossed paths with many Minutemen.
The third Minuteman to be awoken. Nicknamed "The Bastard," Garret is the most rebellious of the Minutemen, refusing to take a side in the war between the Trust and Graves.
A beautiful thief who stole one of the Trust's prize possessions, a painting by Paolo Veronese called "La Morte dil Cesare".
An enforcer for a small time mobster who lived with his mother and his brother. Was the receipients of one of Graves attaché. His brother Remi was in fact a sleeping Minuteman.
The head of the House of Vermeer.

Head of the House of Madrid. He is close to Augustus and did not object to the retiring of the Minutemen nor when his own daughter was punished for moving against the Medici.
Loop's father who worked as an enforcer for a low-level gangster. He was once considered for the role of Minuteman by Graves but someone in the Trust prevented the appointment.

A former Minuteman brought back into the game by Joan D'Arcy. He is the father of Victor Ray who replaced him upon his retirement.
