It would be nice to finally see gameplay of this game. I really want to puck this up since I enjoy YJ so much.

@ReclaimerM3GTR: Yeah, they had his picture as Robin, but they swapped it out with Nightwing... they also changed out Miss Martian and Superboy's picture to match the current season.

Seeing some gameplay would be awesome... though truthfully, i dont have high expectations for this game...

I am expecting a mundane, Marvel Ultimate Alliance copy with this game...shame we have to buy it to get some further info about the series...you would figure we could learn more about the show by you know....watching the show
 
I may play it just so I can die one day being able to say that I was able to play as Garth in a video game....

I want to defenitly get this game. Especially because I hear that we are going to find out what happened in the 5 year gap in the game.

I don't think you'll have to buy it, because it will ultimately be available online(the ending, the cutscenes, story, etc), everywhere (wiki, youtube, forums etc) lol

Plus the show will put reflect on the past, they do a good job with touching on past event, im sure it wont go into detail, but it will do enough. But like i said, everything is gonna come to light online anyways if you dont want to get the game.

I have little-to-no expectations for this game. While I hope for it to be good, as for any superhero game, rarely does one ever deliver.

Hopefully that means you'll be able to play as both Nightwing and Robin(Dick) and it will take place over several years

Usually Tim would make this an instant buy for me but I already played as Tim in a video game (Batman rise of Tsun Su) .Blue Beetle and Wonder Girl need to be in this.

I'm really hoping that it's a 2D brawler like Scott Pilgrim or Streets of Rage. I think it's the best course for this game

Doesn't this game come out next year? One would think by next year the show would have reflected over that 5 year gap. Like Bestostero said the show does do a good job with touching on past events even if it might not be as detailed as it's video game counterpart.

But the inclusion of Nightwing and Beast Boy is amazing. I hope we get a Teen Titans easter egg like the Justice League one.

@cattlebattle: i already knew that this wasn't gonna be an amazing game...but still...do you know which console version that screen is from? i know Wii and DS aren't that amazing in graphics...i hope the ps3 and 360 will look much better than that...

@cattlebattle: lol that will probably be the redeeming quality, i do expect a great story because of the involvement of the people from the show.

As of this moment we're 100 facebook likes away from getting the 3rd YJ:Legacy screenshot. So if you want to get the final 2 screenshots we were promised, then continue liking the page. We're currently at 1,650 likes, and the page needs to reach 1,750 likes for the 3rd screenshot and 2,000 likes for the final screenshot.

There will be a trailer and a playable build for the game available at E3 this June.

Also the game will apparently be available for the PC as well. The game is an action RPG, and will have local and online multiplayer. The game is set for a February 2013 release.

The one unknown villain was created for the game with feedback from the YJ producers Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti.

I feel like they really should be using cel-shading for this game. If they can make the gameplay for Ni No Kuni look almost exactly like the animated cutscenes, they should be able to do it for this too.

@cattlebattle: I'm not gonna lie, Superboy is EASILY my favorite. But that doesn't mean I want him all the time, even I have to admit that he has been featured WAY too much on the show... the game just doesnt look appealing...i really do hope it they polish it up a bit for the release...

High-five dude!!! Agree completely, not to say i dont like Miss Martian, but she is my least favorite of the original six for sure!

Yeah, superhero games don't have a stellar track record, especially ones based on TV shows. Maybe it'll surprise us. You know, like Arkham Asyl - ah, who am I kidding? It'll probably suck.

It could be a surprise, a definite possibility. But the game industry is in a low place right now where the majority of developers lack creativity of their own.
