I SO DISAPPROVE OF THIS
Young Justice
Team » Young Justice appears in 269 issues.
Young Justice started as another legacy team consisting of a generation of sidekicks younger than the original Teen Titans lineup. Like the Teen Titans, they would eventually increase membership beyond sidekicks and make a name for themselves beyond their mentors.
'Young Justice' and 'Green Lantern' Cancelled by Cartoon Network?
@MatKrenz: Public forum, can post what I want regardless of whether you like it or not. Now don't get me wrong if you like YJ great I mean it's just down to taste. I personally didn't like it so I felt the need to show how I felt about it's cancellation just like everyone else did.
I'm assuming they will at least finish up all the season 2 episodes. I'm sad but not at all surprised. The tie in comics and the toy lines getting cancelled was a strong warning and no cartoon can withstand the crazy hiatus'. I don't know what the ratings of this show are like currently but I'm sure the show lost some of its younger audience when with the hiatus. That coupled with the fact that the focus shifted from the more well known and popular characters to the more obscure characters, and that the writing has been a bit inconsistent this season, would have lead to a drop in the ratings. I'm honestly more sad about Green Lantern because at least YJ got to 46 episodes which is more than most cartoons get.
What? Both Young Justice and Green Lantern gets Cancelled? Man o' Man, THIS SUCKS DONKEY-KONG BALLS!!!
I don't mean to sound like a hard-a$$ but Cartoon Network is not going to bring back these shows because of a petition. They are gone, Cartoon Network are goons and I'm very sad.
Meanwhile Ultimate Spider-Man continues to break the fourth wall while riding his Spider-Cycle all the way into season two, with a third season planned. And guess what, Luke Cage has even got a Power Bike!!!!!!!!
@k4tzm4n
The news is certainly very sad, but did you really expect viners to react with quiet reflection? Such news only creates a shark- like feeding frenzy which can only be exceeded when ComicVine releases news of Liefeld doing, well anything.
@MatKrenz: That is how I feel about it truthfully, In my mind there's not much point in trying to cover it up for the sake of someone else I mean it's only a tv show but seeing as you do enjoy it I will say sorry for some way insulting a past time you enjoy but Im not really gonna try and change my reaction to suit someone else's opinion.

We got 7 eps to go, I love season 1 and I was so ready for season 2. I wanted to see at least StarFire, Cyborg, Raven, Rose,Kyle Rayner, and a whole lot other... Booster Gold!
When the showed up Red Arrow was the mole and wasn't even real, I was like DAM! Seriously The real Roy Haper was bad ass as Arsenal. They also have Tim Drake Robin! The best Robin ever! (I don't care about new 52 turn around Tim Darke.)
Plus out of a lot of the characters, Aqualad is my favorite one.
I can always trust Greg Weisman, one of my favorite's. Greg Weisma
ALL of this! Plus I wanted Tim, Conner, Cassie, and Bart to team up and have an episode to themselves!
Following up my previous comment:
It's time we had a COUP D'état against the studio heads! VIVA LA REVOLUCION!!!! Who's with me? Grab all manner of angry mob supplies--torches, pitchforks, attack dogs--and follow me!
WHY!?
Why would you take a show that EVERYONE loves and replace it with two shows that are crappy knock-offs of shows that never should have been cancelled.
We have Beware the Batman - That looks terrible and is NO Batman the Animated Series
and then Teen Titans as Chibi Babies - if you have the same cast and production team.... just bring back the Teen Titans, the regular teen titans, just start a new season...
?????????????????
Could never really get into the CG Green Lantern but I really liked Young Justice. From everything I have scene Younf Justice was well recieved by fans and I just wonder why DC has its head so far up its ass reguarding this show. I hope its not because the characters do not match their NEW 52 vision and thats why its being canceled or worse they want to but their money into a new Batman cartoon because marketing says it will be more successful. I do think this is a DC decision not a CN one.

Dear assholes Cartoon Network
I would like to fucking kick your ass from here to sunday make a formal complaint about your DUMBASS idiotic choice of cancelling two of the best shows you've had in a while, dicks . You cancel these shows after placing them at a godawful inapropriate time slot of 9am on a Saturday morning rather than a later slot at another day which would have deffinatly garnered these shows the views that they deserved. You then proceed to make HUGE dicks of yourselfs a cancellation choice after it was you yourselves who hindered the progress and success of these shows by making that fucking stupid hiatus placing them both on hiatus for a long period of time, then ponder as to why they are not getting the necessary views. You then go on to replace them with 2 new shows, a fucking chibified spoof spin-off of a show that you once showed (with more than 2 seasons may i add) which ended many years ago with a satisfying conclusion and a new batman program which has yet to be shown. Yet rather than intergrate these 2 shows into the time slot with the other 2 shows you've up and cancelled them, talk about a dumb buissness decicion if both these new 2 shows tank. which may result in viewing poles which you might not enjoy. Many fans of these characters of the coloured pages, young and old, new and not so new, have suffered from the unjust cancellation of many comic adaptions to the mini screen in recent years and if there is one thing that you should know about our lot it's that we are loud. we are vocal and we know where the cartoon network stall is in conventions.
Yourse trully
A declaration of war from a comic fan
P.S. If this was also about toy sales then you just lost the game. multiple action figures and playsets with multiple characters and villains from all across the DCU all lost for chibi titans and a limited batman set (and if yee havent noticed batman toys aren't that uncommon).

Send this to them please!
i've been reading these post for the last 20 min. the more i read the more new post pop up. never made it to the end. but if this is true, how many are with me on banning CN from their household? petitions are nice to sign, but to get results, you have to hit them in their pockets. low ratings will do this.
i am in my early 30's and i don't watch many cartoon shows, but i love the ones that take me back to my childhood. gets me away from the hussle and bussle of adult life. the He-Man, Wolverine and the X-Men, Spectacular Spiderman and this YJ all did this. if this is true, all i have left is Transformers Prime. i will watch YJ until it's cancelled then no more CN in my home.
join me in this
WHY SERIOUSLY WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT NOW WHAT AM I GONNA GET FOR EARLY SATURDAY FOR, WHAT IDIOT WOULD DO THAT.
Who the hell is running Cartoon Network these days? A guy in orange and green speedos could run the company better than this. First Thundercats has disappeared now Green Lantern (which was really starting to hit it's stride) and Young Justice as well? They most really want us to switch over to watching the new Avengers show and Spiderman on Disney XD. If they didn't have three other shows and Adult Swim I wouldn't be watching CN at all these days

Rhas Al Ghul took the Match clone, sort of hinting at a fight between Match and SB,
That story is actually in the comic book tie-in.
Though it may be in the show itself as well.
Well looks like Cartoon Network is starting to dig it's grave yet again. Hopefully Young Justice will get moved to the hub, but it's unlikely.

If the last petition to end the show's hiatus was ignored (a petition that had 15,000 sigs btw), what makes you think that CN won't just ignore this one as well?
Oh come on...Young Justice was one of my favourite shows of all time and Green Lantern was getting there.....FAAAAAAAAAR OUUUUUUUUUT
i could care less about the CG Green Lantern show, but I am sad about Young Justice, I cant say Im surprised though, im pretty sure it was hinted a while back that this would be the last season.
This sucks such great shows .... awawawaw ...... well given that Cartoon network changed the date it aired from friday to saturday and changed it's time slot about 3 times am not sure how they expected children to keep up with the show, even I had trouble keeping up and the only reason my younger siblings kept up was because I made sure they knew. So in behalf of me and my younger siblings F#%$ you Cartoon Network.
