    After the destruction of Mount Justice, the Team goes to the Hall of Justice to pick up their salvaged belongings. However, Despero and L-Ron turn this into a massive cage fight after trapping the heroes inside. Meanwhile, Captain Atom discusses recent events with Tseng Dangun, the head of the United Nations and the Ambassador, who criticizes the fact that the Justice League keeps secrets from the citizens of Earth. During this time, Black Canary investigates the Reach's interest in the Metagene by interviewing the teens who were abducted and experimented on.

    So, Young Justice is FINALLY back with new episodes. Have you been anxiously wondering what happened to Aqualad and Artemis or the current state of M'gann M'orzz? “Cornered” doesn't really have all of that. But more than you would expect from an episode described as “the team is trapped inside the Hall of Justice for a cage match against a brutal alien gladiator.” Going in I expected a largely filler episode centered around one big fight.
