Xena and Gabrielle on their way to the wedding of King Gregor and Pandora, stumble upon a woman being attacked by "Thanatos", a minion of "Hades" sent to collect the souls of the dead. The women, tells Xena, that she is Cassandra of Troy, blessed by the god "Apollo" himself, with the gift of seeing the future and warns Xena of her untimely death at the hands of a mysterious woman known only as Callisto.
A hideous Hydra controlled by Callisto soon attacks the guests at the wedding - Can Xena and Gabrielle save the day once more? or will Cassandra's Prophecy foretelling the death of Xena Come true?
