    Origin

    The Xantha originate from the planet Xanth (aka Planet X), which was destroyed in a collision with a rogue asteroid. With the help of Mr. Fantastic, the survivors established a new home planet of New Xanth,

    Creation

    The Xantha were created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. They first appeared in "Prisoners Of Kuurgo, Master of Planet X!" in 1962.
