Phoenix...
Walks out of cerebro then walks on air and boom! The best dramatic entrance in an ending. Hahaha
Well I just watch it yesterday. I like it. Don't understand the negatives reviews the movie getting. It’s pretty good.
@cattlebattle Should of included Magneto story in the poll. It’s one of the best things about the movie.
I didn’t see the end credits scene, I had to leave cinema. What happen in credits scene.

They show a sample of Wolverines blood being taken by someone from Essex Industries, an allusion to Mr Sinister.
Phoenix was awesome. Thought the whole movie (while understandably rushed) was brilliant. First time I've ever semi liked Scott. Very sad about the potential death of angel. I was most excited to see him do something this movie. And that crushed my spirits
Quicksilver scene was amazing and had me cheering and laughing. It caused me to have the biggest response and made me want to see it again and again which is more than I can say about the movie.
Quicksilver, Weapon X, Magneto, and seeing Cyclops, Jean, and Nightcrawler done well were my favorites.
Jean facing down Apocalypse and going all Phoenix was badass. But I gotta give it to Quicksilver. Didn't think they'd be able to top his scene in Days of Future Past, but they did. And in spades.
Coup against Apocalypse
Death of Magneto's family(how awesome was his daughter?!)
Apocalypse disarming the nukes
Quicksilver sequence
Berserk Wolverine
Phoenix
Everything with Nightcrawler
Disarming the Nukes
Magneto back at the Nazi camp
Final fight scenes
"That was my favorite tree..." lolz
Storm drinking coke. :)
LOL
But it really is my favorite part.
And I also love coke. :)
The entire nuke scene was excellent. Gave me sweaty palms.
In truth, there were many excellent scenes in this movie.

This
Quicksilver rescue
Jean vs. apocalpyse
Magneto vs. the X-men
Magneto vs. Apocalpyse
jean & Magneto rebuilding X-mansion
Prof. Xaiver vs. Apocalypse on the astral plane
Psylocke fight scene
Mystique vs. Apocalypse
Of the poll options, it'd be Cyclops being handled better & Jean getting Phoenix-y.
Overall though, it'd be everything early in the movie with Erik & his family, especially their death in the woods. They were pretty much the only parts to the movie I could truly consider good/great.
Archangel getting his wings while Metallica's "The Four Horsemen" plays in the background... that was a pretty epic scene also.
Jean going all Phoenix blew me away because they finally portrayed her being as awesome and powerful as she should be. Beating Apocalypse mentally and physically just made my night.
The scene with the death of Magneto's family just had my pulled in the entire time. The setup with the daughter missing just built this tension from the beginning and by the time I saw the firing squad I was legitimately concerned. Fassbender's Magneto is just great.
In my opinion the entire movie was very well done. It probably has the most re-watchable moments than any other cbm released this year and it was by far my favorite X-Men film.
The best part was finally seeing Storm done right. Alexandra Shipp made Halle Berry look like she was doing an over the top parody in a bad wig.

Yeah, I liked Storm. She was cool. Her intro scene with Apocalypse was great too.
Also to quote Me from another thread.
Honestly I don't feel there was any reason to develop the Horsemen (save maybe storm for the climax). Other then them being important in the comics it doesn't matter what his soldiers can do...and we've seen that in ALOT of variations on the character where they don't have any explanation or backgound.
What the movie needed though, was more actions for Apocalypse, both as a combatant and as an antagonist.
He went from recruiting mutants, then back to Egypt and then the movie was over.
Maybe a seen between the nukes and the return to Egypt where sentinels or some other forces got in his way in order to show off his power and the Horsemen's.
The X-Men's screen time was perfect, but a little more time to show the strength of their opponents would've been great.
There was some strange sexual imagery in the Xavier vs Apocalypse battle. Yes, Charles was defeated and helpless, but did Apocalypse need to lay on top of him, press him down and croon into his ear? No chill.

lmfao.....someone did shout "Ay-yo" almost everytime they cut back to the image....which was 3 times for the record.
Liked how much time cyclops and Jean got. They actually drove the story forward and were extremely important. I expected short roles for them both.
Magneto was my favorite.
I still don't understand all of movie, though. I still have to wait another 2 months before it plays in my country. :(
Wolverine's cameo was awesome but for me the most memorable part was the end after Mystique attacks Apoc as Psylocke and Storm sees her change into her natural form. The realization on Storm's face. They set that whole thing up so well.
I hope I don't start a thing here but I thought this was better than Supe vs Bat and Civil War. SvB didn't nail the theme what they were going for (among other things) and CW masked a s**t story with new characters and fight sequences. This hit all its themes and had so many powerful moments. It surprised me.

I feel the Mystique and Storm thing could've been built up a little better (like another shot of her idolizing Mystique or trying to make that connection to her actions.) along with Jean's big "Walk into the professor's mind moment".
But I agree with the Critique of BvS and Civil War. I mean one guy suddenly uncovered a mystery that no one else had a clue about, assasinated a bunch of elected officials and pitted the heros against eachother for piss and giggles. BvS at least makes sense in that it's supposed to be Lex Luthor and he at least has access to resources (though no motivation)...while Zemo has motivation (poor though it is) but lacks resources.
Really the only problem with the conflict in Apocalypse is that it isn't really a big conflict. "Hey he took the professor!" "Dam, lets breakout of this prison, and get the professor!" "Ok, we've got the professor..." "Good. glad thats over" If they had just given 15 minutes of Apocalypse taking over Egypt and looking like a threat it would've been perfect.
The stuff with Cyclops, Jean and Nightcrawler running around, getting to know each other, going on adventures. Wish we got more of them doing that. Magneto trying to live his life; Magneto: A History of Violence. Would have liked to see more of that as well. The stuff with Stryker; a slimy coward that talks big. Uh, I think that is it.
