Storm has always come across as asexual to me. Just being honest. Even Professor X thought about how she came across in her initial appearances at one point.

@TheCrowbar: That is not expressly true. I experimented with another woman for the first time after a traumatic experience with a man and the way he treated me. This happens quite often actually. You should not be so dismissive, or rude to the OP.

@poisonfleur: It's a neat idea. I doubt it would happen since Betsy is currently involved with Fantomex, but it's interesting to say the least. I could see her perhaps becoming involved with Cluster (the female Fantomex) maybe.

Are you actually asking me to pick apart your life? Seriously?

@TheCrowbar: I'm not certain how you could pick my life apart for me given you know virtually nothing about me other than the very miniscule tidbit of information I've given you. You obviously have some sort of complex, and if you feel the need to respond to this that is your prerogative, but I won't continue to feed the troll that this obviously is.

@Target_X: Then don't bring it up as evidence if you don't wish to have it examined.

That female Fantomex does have a hot character design. Who ever made that decision had a great idea. I wonder who she is....

'gay stuff' ... lol really? >_>

And Phoenix Tides, these panels are so interesting. You always find the good stuff. I love moments where actually start to realize how hot someone is. LOL

But Xavier is right-- and I think the x-men original serious captured this essences. Storm is one of the boys. She kicks butt and her vulnerable side should rarely be seen. And almost all the other X-men series/shows really craft her out to be some kind of motherly sweet lady.

You are SOOO right. Storm does have a good amount of asexual/androgynous energy at times.

Yep. Chris Claremont made sure early on that it was established that Storm wouldn't be a typical damsel-in-distress or fill a traditional female team member role. In this panel, Kurt (using his image inducer) and Peter argue over who escorts Storm to their dinner, but Storm insists that she is their equal and not be fought over.

Don't get me wrong: I think a relationship would definitely add to the character, but if she just declared that she wasn't overly concerned with them, I would be just as fine wit her character development. There are very few asexual or certified bachelor/ette characters and she could easily slide into that role. "Storm, would you like kids?" "Nope, I have my powers. They are my blessing and curse." (cue angst and more screen time because of the angst.)

@poisonfleur:  I was thinking Female Fantomex with Psylock given the fact that the Male version,
And Betsy had a thing for each other. I just keep believing that "Cluster" is Fantomex reincarnated as a female. Probably being a clone with all his original memories. I also believe "Cluster" may be EVA. (+)

Storm and Psylocke are a great pair as friends because they both represent the minority
