What are your favorite moments during the run of Ultimate X-Men? It could range from Mark Millar's run, Brian Michael Bendis' run or the current run by Brian Wood.

My favorite was the arc where Magneto tried to destroy the world and the X-Men were fighting against the Ultimates during that arc. I can't remember what that arc was called, but it was apart of Mark Millar's run on Ultimate X-Men.

One of my favorite UXM moments was when Cyclops and Wolverine were finding someone to interrogate (I forget who), and when they knocked on the door and the person stared through the peephole, the two X-Men were looking up with Wolverine going, "Would you like to hear the good news?" Always thought that was a funny moment on Millar's part.

The entire Ultimate War arc is full of badass moments though. Granted, my preference for Ultimate Cap means that most of those cool moments are his (taking down the Brotherhood and Wolverine), but there are plenty of sweet moments from the X-Men side as well. Magneto absolutely decimating the Ultimates and the Triskelion was epic - I've never read a scarier Magneto before. And Colossus stopping Iron Man in mid-flight? Bachalo's art may be messy and overtly-stylized, but the man knows how to draw kinetic action, no doubt.

Oh yeah!! I loved the moment where Colossus stopped Iron Man and I also loved the moment where he was beating up Thor!

Yeah, that was epic. I've actually read a good chunk of Millar's UXM (my friend has the trades), but I've totally forgotten a lot of good moments since it was a long time ago.

I actually own all of Mark Millar's run on Ultimate X-Men in trade paperbacks. I like to read it again every once in awhile!

Yeah, I should really buy the rest. I've only got Ultimate War so far. Millar was at the top of his game during the early days of the UU.

I agree! I haven't read much of the rest of the run of Ultimate X-Men after Millar's run ended.

I've read a little. In my opinion it's not really worth the money, the subsequent runs after Millar were kinda boring...

I don't recall what issue it is, but the first time The Phoenix showed up at The Hellfire Club. Pretty good stuff.

I really dig the big New York City scene in the first arc. Also, when Colossus stops a train.

I've kind of forgotten how much I liked the Ultimate Run. I liked Jean, Colossus, Storm and Beast were rather fantastic.

This panel just makes me LOL every time I see it. I loved how the Ultimate versions of the characters actually seem more legitimate than the 616 versions. Ultimatum did make me sad with all of the random deaths, though.
