If all the ones you listed are on the list that would total 20 xmen 2/5 of the list almost half so I doubt they all make eespecially with the mcu making characters like rocket racoon and ant man popular again iI'd just love cyclops to be top 5

People have to give a list of their top 10 with their #1 getting 10 points , #2 = 9 points, etc.

It's really just based on voting that why you see points included. They also had this in 2011 and last year.

if its all off voting people tend to have short memories, so that would explain it. People also tend to make recent events discredit things that happened 20 years ago lol, just ask anyone on the forums about beast lol including myself. So her stint with the Avengers, and relative non use over the past year more then likely hurt her standing

Spider-Man is all but guaranteed to be the number 1. He is Marvels number 1 hero and money generator.

I know its uh Favorite of all time, but lets be honest recent events always weigh more on peoples minds then old stuff even if they shouldn't and recently Kitty has been meh, and off playing footsie with Star lord, while Hawkeye has finally made it to a movie. So yea, I mean Kitty > Clint but this list is going to be skewered so might as well brace yourself for it lol, im amazed the X men are doing as well as they are considering the comic terrain these days

He did debut in an X man related comic, and he has been way more involved in X men comics like X force for example then anything else, hes NOT a mutant but thats never stopped people from being X men before also Fox has rights to him lol but yea, i dont really LOVE him but its kind of a nice ace in the hole for the X men world lol

You can give points to any characters. Not just Marvel characters, you can support DC characters too

I'm totally not surprised that Magik is more popular than Colossus, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if she's always been more popular. Colossus is impossible to not love, but he's never had the kind of mysterious badassness of his sister. I mean, sure, he can be pretty badass, but his is always the kind of earnest, passionate sort, where Magik is snarky and beyond it all, which is just more exciting.

And which is also probably why characters like Gambit and Emma, the cool, cavalier types, would beat out the passionate and almost painfully earnest Rogue..

Lol I think we should all remember it's a CBR pole....and that is a site where the crazies thrive and the logical get banned.

I'm almost shocked that Cyclops made the Top 10 given the rage and hate he gets on that site.
