I must have accidentally overlooked a post because I was rating Lifeguard when I said that. I'd say Quicksilver is about a 7 or 8.
As for Nightcrawler, with his teleportation and wall-crawling powers, agility, and his ability to blend in with the shadows, I would say that he has what it takes to survive and to help others survive. I'd give him a 9.
