I've stopped reading X-men around the secret wars and would like to get back into the loop. Any books I should pick in particular? And is there anything important I should know?

@tohoma: Extraordinary is kinda underwhelming in its first few arcs till the time travel stuff starts...then it gets kind bad.

Uncanny is pretty good.

All New jumps from being bad too having really good individual issues and character moments so its worth a follow for that alone.... Unless you like X-23...then your outta luck.

@tohoma: If you're talking 2015 Secret War, then you can start from Apocalypse Wars cuz nothing really substantial happens until then. Also Old man Logan and all new wolverine.

Start at the beginnings of the current books.

Extraordinary is underwhelming but there is some essential information in the first story arc for the current state of the X-Men teams. Uncanny is pretty good. The Wolverine solos are good but as usual they're distanced to the X-Men books.

Don't waste your time or money. The only book worth reading at the moment is Bunn's Uncanny. So maybe read that. The rest is just garbage
