I just thought that if it was Jean Grey and not Rachel Grey, it would have been the perfect all-female roster for an x-book.

maybe jean will join this team, maybe thats part of the purpose of this team, jean will be staying in the present & this team will protect or mentor her. i'd also like to see blink & safeguard on the team, they need a teleporter, if not safeguard then frenzy or outlaw because they need a bruiser/powerhouse

Keep that 60s reject in her own damn title. She can stay TFO out of this. Let Bendis write her however he pleases, and keep her in that horrible mess from whence she came.

@jhazzroucher: I don't think she is ready for to join in another a team since she is still learning how to use her powers but rachel has alot of experince, maybe she can join after they change her to a more updated costume

As a Jean Grey a fan, I had to give Emma and a scott a chance and for 9 years I did. Now its Jean grey turn to shine in comics. I think all new X-Men is refreshing.  That's what I love about it.

I think it's great Jubilee is in this title,  she deserve some focus. Hey does anyone like Rogue boots.

The Jean in 616 is a kid. How would she be helpful?

And to have Jean be in this undermines the whole idea. These characters are multi-layered and fantastic so having Jean be in the team in any way is ridiculous. Bad enough she's acting OOC under Bendis' pen, acting leader-ish and capable of taking down mutants that have been shown to be resistant to her powers.

Rachel? Awesome. I love this character and she's been ignored long enough. Bring her forward.
