Just finished reading this one. I like the way they've gone back and re-examined some of the decisions Xavier maid during his early years as headmaster. Like taking away Beast's memories of his parents and vise versa. And trying to manipulate Scott's mind (without his knowledge) in hopes of making him into a better leader.

As most of you know by now, Xavier is being kept alive (if you wanna call it that) by Exodus. Who seems only interesting in obtaining the knowledge of Xavier, rather then actually saving the man.

But my favorite part is at the end, the return of Magneto. And he seems awfully confidant for a man who was De-Powered.

Well, Brubaker seems to have come to the realization that Bendis left Magneto powered after New Avengers #20, and is back-pedaling.

That was my favorite moment as well. (Next favorite was Exodus getting owned by the psychic defenses of a man with a hole in his brain.)

its jsut marvel woudl loose abotu 1/4 of their fanbase if they sed that x-men were all skrulls just to boost sales in another.... its seems and unliekly move especially after all the massive hype with messiah complex then divided we stand... i think its only really storm thats a definate yes..... but others i doubt.

not cyclops or emma or any of the main team... wolverine will not be a skrull as they have already done it...

Exodus could have easily teleported the Prof and himself to god knows where. I would be easy for him.

He was all but dead. I'm not questioning his powers, I'm questioning the fact that he was laid out (presumably dead) and according to Legacy he was up with no damage or ill effect seconds later.

Maybe Dust didn't do as much damage as she thought she did. Besides, who knows what Apocalypse did to him while awakening his powers.

I read a cool hard cover X-men.

It had some cool characters in it.Badass art,i think it was called...Supernovas...

It was a story surrounding,Rogue,Sabertooth,Cannonball,few others...

There was some cool dude name Perro in it too.

@ Gambler-We both know that was some bullcrap. When has Exodus not been able to use his powers at the same time. I understand they had to water him down, but please, you of all people should know better. Remember Bloodties, or a little crossover named Fatal Attactions. If any of these ring a bell you know Emma merely engaging him in telepatic combat wouldn't do jack to. And it damn sure won't stop him from using his other powers. Hell, he was flying during the battle so if flight is one of his regular powers, I consede.

You could look at it that way, or you could look at it as, while going up against arguably the Marvel U's third most powerful telepath, he couldn't afford to use his powers for other purposes. His concentration needed to be focused on the task at hand.

Again though, my complaint doesn't lie in his powers and abilities. It has to do with the fact that he's half dead there, while in Legacy he apparently bounced back within minutes. The inconsistency is my main complaint.

Well, Shadow King and Legion are dead, and Moondragon was transformed into a dragon in Annihilation Conquest, but maybe she kept her powers? Haven't read it yet.

Yes. Pyslocke was more then a match for the Shadow King (in the Astral Plain) Legion is dead (as posted by Fesak) but even when he was alive I'd put Emma (now) in front of him. Moondragon once tried a telepathic assault on She-Hulk and failed miserably. So yes, I put Emma in front of those three.
