Well aside from being one of the better trained X-Men, Kitty has been training and engaged in strenuous physical activity for nearly half her life....she could very well be strong enough to punch a 200pound man and knock him out in one hit. But just like if Cyclops or Angel decked a guy it would depend on where she punched him.

Mutants don't have any attributes beyond that of any normal person unless it is part of their power set. A bullet is no more dangerous to someone like Storm or Cyclops than it is to a normal person. Given that both are incredibly powerful, they don't have any enhanced durability in their power set.
