A fresh air in a insane world

I really liked this first issue, it was published a few months ago but I just read it and I find it awesome. Retrospectively, the story of David Haller is an interesting way of connecting the worlds of two forgotten characters - blindfold and legion, and briefly Merzah the Mystic. Its a gracefully way to pay tribute to old characters and recognize their legacy on new storyplots. The action scenes inside Legion´s mind fit perfectly with his background and finally gave an oportunity to David to adapt to comic continuity and gain his hero status.

As we can see in this few months the cover art of the series is impeccable combining maturity and really clever mind games. This first issue has indeed a great cover art depicting a marvelous start of series.

However when I went to my LCS today to pick up some comics, this was $1.99, so I...

That is one compelling cover. I'm really new to X-Men, this is possibly the first X-Men comic I've bought that isn't out of continuity. But with a cover like that, and a character named Legion, my curiosity is highly piqued. It's also interesting to see how much the cover really tells you about Legion. It tells you that he's insane to some degree, and that he has multiple personalities. This could've been illustrated another way, sure, but this way is just so unique and demented it had me.The st...
