Well I think Jullian Keller does like as more than a friend and Logan sort of sees her as his daughter. Its not Laura's fault she messed up she has went through a lot of bad stuff over the years.

Logan doesn't give a SH*T about Laura, all he does is yell at her and tell her to shut up. He followed freaking DAKEN like a psycho and cried all daddy-like because of him, but a troubled, deeply hurt girl who loves him and depends on him and needs him - NO, she's too creepy for him to say a single nice word once in a while. She joins X-Force to be near him - he tells her "Whatever, it's your life, pff...", she tries to give him an advise that could SAVE his life and plenty of time and blood - he tells her to shut it. So don't tell me he cares. He cares more about f*cking dead Kitty Pryde. Laura is a child, she is in stress, she cuts herself, she is emotionally ill, she needs someone she can relate to, he was also a victim of Weapon X program, he'd seen hell, but he doesn't give a crap, he doesn't even talk to her.
 
You know who MIGHT care? Mercury. She was seen with Laura in their free time, she has seen what Facility does to people, she always tries to talk to Laura and Laura becomes a human with her.
And also - Dust (but she is kinda bitchy after Young X-Men) and Elixir (they're two kinds in X-Force, they're not respected enough and they're both lonely, plus he saved her two times already, I think he didn't gibe a damn about her in the past, but now there is something.
Julian? I don't know... I'D LOVE to see them as a couple, but why weren't they ever shown together after Messiah Complex? She visited Greymalkin Industries, so why not talk to her or something...

Why should she join the brotherhood? Also when Logan tells her she's not important he's also trying to show her that as long as she stay's on the path to kill kill and kill she wont be important, he includes himself in that category as well if you remember. If she invest the time into being a person she will be important. But right now she's just a killer.
 
@Vallery Logan tells her "whatever it's your life" after he tells her and Jimmy to not go down the path and become killers and neither of them say anything because they don't care that he's trying to prevent them from becoming what he is.

Logan does care. He's just angry, that she is ruining her life with X-force. He's being the typical angry father-type figure. Otherwise he never would have begged her back to the mansion in NXM. 
 
I can't figure out though why (if that's the angle they were going for) they didn't show more interaction between the characters. Maybe the writers were afraid of making it the Wolverine & X-23 show, and that they'd get lots of s*&@ about the clone stuff.

Note: my post here is just a perspective elaborating on my above message, I respect that others may not share this opinion. I don't need to change your minds, just thought it would be cool to share my thoughts :-)
 
I think that Logan doesn't show Laura too much affection because he knows that she's not used to it. I feel that perhaps he sees himself in Laura, and respects her the most; any other female, like Jubilee, Kitty, Armor--he might be offering hugs and comforting words to. But we see in the end of Astonishing X-men #25 (although I thought it was super corny) that Logan's way of grieving, of showing care, is going on and fighting. Armor saw him getting all teary eyed over Kitty's death, and she demanded him to go train with her, because she knew that's what he needed. My point is that Logan doesn't naturally express emotions in the touchy feely way. He'd much rather split a beer with someone than give them a hug (note: I am aware that they haven't shown any bonding time between them, but as I stated before that may be due to fear of having people get disgusted at clone time). 
 
So what I think is that Logan gives Laura is tough love, because he sees himself in her. Perhaps he showed more love and concern when he was angry at her for joining, and yelling at her about Rahne, than he's shown for any other of his 'charges'. Just another perspective there. Would he be so angry if he didn't give a sh**? Probably not. I think the fact that he punched Cyclops over the recruitment of X-23 to X-force was somewhat expressive of concern for his clone.
 
Also, the thought has occured to me that Logan may have purposely avoided involving himself in Laura's life because he wants her to make her own way. Become individual. None of his other 'girls' ever needed to establish themselves in such a drastic way as Laura does. His presence might affect her development, as she was trained to do everything 'Weapon X' did all her life; why wouldn't that continue even sans facility? 
 
There's the fact that Laura initially hated Logan, too. She blamed him. I don't know if she's completely given up this belief, even though she has shown no sign of it since Target X. Perhaps it is a factor in his reasoning?

Or, Laura (or whomever the chick is with the picture of a chick and a dude), needs to stop conveying the wrong messages. And just understand that textual chat is not the same as real life, person-to-person chat where mouthed words are exchanged instead of text words. Grammatical errors aside, n00bs are to be treated decently, no matter the cause. To lose a member would be to lose the purpose of this site -- to bring fans and whatnot together to discuss characters, comics, and what-have-you.

Laura is definitely cared for. Whether truth is part of it or not, Wolverine, Hellion, and basically the entire team of X-Men and their subsidiaries love Laura. However, a problem is that, they don't quite agree to her methods of what she delivers as "team-work" or participation in missions. She's heavily brutal, murderous, and intent on bringing the target down quick, painful (on some occasions), or painless (depending on the cause). Plus, she even has the love of her fans, like me. If we all show the same towards her, perhaps she'd remain a constant character in development by the writers and artists -- it'll express that we want her to continue to progress through the comics.
