The Amazon princess, blessed with god-like super abilities, Wonder Woman is one of Earth's most powerful defenders of peace, justice, and equality and a member of the Justice League. She is considered an archetype for many heroines outside of comic book. Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.
I was worried about Merediths writing, but that small amount of dialogue we got to see was very captivating and interesting. If the rest of the book is written the same way then Finch will be awesome. The art was really good. The scenery and environment were drawn very realistically.
This really doesn't look good as far as I'm concerned, I see no meaningful improvements since Forever Evil to be honest. What I'm seeing is the same scruffy lines and grim dead color palette, the people look like zombies and If Meredith is a talented writer this preview doesn't do her justice "vegetative injustice..."
Yep not interested in this after Azz's run is now done. Glad I dropped off when I did. Hopefully Batman & Robin and JLU will do for my non Superman DC Comics.
@darknightspideyfanboy: I think it was just clumsy writing from a newbie writer ... I'm not going to condem her just yet, but it's a pretty laughable piece of dialogue IMO
@darknightspideyfanboy: the dialogue could have been hilarious if the art matched a humorous moment. Unfortunately she's making what could be a great sarcastic comment in the middle of attacking ST ... It's a bit spidermanish of her.
