Hard to answer, because intelligence has so many facets.  She is definitely wiser than he is. 

She has a bigger CPU, but Wayne is a lot more cunning and talented in unorthodox thinking.

Depends what you mean but in most types of intelligence batman is smarter.

Gonna have to go with no. Bruce is a genius on several levels. WDW talked about her being able to learn and understand languages and advanced concepts quickly which is certainly a mark of intelligence but Bruce is just smarter all around. I have yet to see Wonder Woman hack an alien computer or something of that caliber.

I think there are some things she knows better than the Bat, but then again we are talking about THEE BAT...

I don't really know but I don't think she is. I am willing to change my mind if someone can give good evidence to show that she is smarter but I haven't seen anything to prove she's smarter.

 
 Comparing Diana's Wisdom to Batman's intelligence is like asking if Albert Einstein is smarter than Socrates.... and vice versa. How can anyone really say who is smarter?  since we don't know what being smart really is yet.
 

They both are smart in different way, i do prefer WW intellect cause she's less manipulative and doesn't have that ''i'm the best so do as i told you and shut it'' and she doesn't walk around telling ''hey this is my city so i'm gonna beat the crap out of you'' like Bat. He's nice but there we can't compare them. She's got the wisdom from Athena training, learning from amazon sages, Batman mostly consist of training and vengeance.

Not many people in the DCU are smarter than Bruce Wayne. And nobody in the DCU can plan ahead for every contingency like he does.

Wonder Woman certainly is a very smart character, that's always been a huge part of her appeal for me (and my main gripe with her current incarnation, that's barely a notch above clueless, impulsive teenager). Smarter than Batman, though? I don't think so.

Personally, I've always considered that Bruce's intellect was his super-power.

They pretty much equals.

Wonder Woman has more wisdom. She also likely has more... classical knowledge, whereas Batman is street smart and unorthodox. It's not comparable.

You just described some of the many reasons why he's my favorite character.

Actually, Early WW was a bit of a scientist herself.She invented the purple healing ray(I think) but that was DECADES ago and is no longer relevant.

Technically it is a core power. Wisdom of Athena....and like I basically stated, it isn't so prevalent on the battlefield which is the setting of most comic books. On a battlefield of some sort.

She should be smarter, so should a lot of other characters, but DC loves Batman so much they'll never let anyone outsmart him.

In the modern sense, Bruce is probably more intelligent. But when it comes to war, wisdom, learning, that goes to Diana.

Both have pretty much Genius level intellect If you mean who is the quicker learner than Diana has Bruce beat pretty easily. She can learn languages and advanced concepts in a matter of hours If you mean who is the most creative with knowledge than Bruce has Diana beat.

No. I believe they are both extremely intelligent but in different ways. There are multiple types of intellect and really there is no "right way" to be intelligent, so they are all as important as the other. Honestly its like comparing apples to oranges.

No. I'd put her ahead with wisdom because of Athena and other stuff but not overall intelligence. I'm talking pre 52 also.

The wisdom of Athena makes about as much of a difference to Wonder Woman as the wisdom of Solomon does for Captain Marvel.

@saren: I would rely on the words from Wonder Woman before I rely on the words of a 10 year old.
