Wonder Woman #164

The first part of the Gods of Gotham starts well with an excellent setup, Diana and Artemis and Bruce and Helena are investigating two different sides of the same mystery, one the mystical side, the other the real world side.   As a multi-part story arc this is all in the interest of setting up the action later and it does so quite well here.   The story is a novel one, and the characterizations of so many villains was well handled.   It was also interesting to see Huntress and Artemis meet as they perform similar roles to the main heroes. This was a good issue from the new creative team and a good start to the arc.
