    As winner of the Space Olympics, Tooroo is given Earth as his prize. He comes to Earth to get a present for his girlfriend and makes a charm bracelet out of Steve and Diana, who has lost her powers, as she does every June 19 at 10 a.m.

    The space giant Tooroo claims the earth as his plaything and attacks on the same day that Wonder Woman’s weapons lose there special properties for a day.

    The amazons begin to suspect that something is wrong with young Diana when she suddenly becomes impossible to photograph.

    Wonder Woman #106 - The Human Charm Bracelet by razzatazz on May 19, 2011

    This issue doesn't deviate all that much from the formulaic stories from this time and when it does, it does so in a weird way.  In the first story an alien giant comes to Earth and kidnaps Diana and Steve and takes them to his planet where her magic items have stopped working and wear she is forced to compete in a series of contests against him.  That's three standard formula arcs in one story.  The only place it deviates is with the fact that Diana and Steve temporarily get put on the charm br...
