A long-lived mutant with the rage of a beast and the soul of a Samurai, James "Logan" Howlett's once mysterious past is filled with blood, war, and betrayal. Possessing an accelerated healing factor, keenly enhanced senses, and bone claws in each hand (along with his skeleton) that are coated in adamantium; Wolverine is, without question, the ultimate weapon.
Wolverine gets waaaaay too much hate, the guy only has two main series which compared to most characters isn't alot. Sure he's on Avengers, Uncanny Avengers, Wolverine and the X-Men, and All-New X-Men but those are team books and don't mainly focus on him. It just feels like every time Wolverine's name is dropped people start to freak; just seems very unnecessary.
Honestly, I'm not suprised, a little bit disappoining. But since I know myself, I'm gonna read it anyway. Moreover i think it will be better than Savage Wolverine...
I'm a big fan of putting Wolverine in scenarios devoid of planet threatening spervillains and cosmic quests, having him deal with crime gangs and serial killers and such instead. If it's going to be at least half as good as Grag Rucka's run then it's worth following
Ok I get that he's one of their more popular characters but really, enough is enough. Come marvel now he will regularly be staring Wolverine, Savage Wolverine, Wolverine and the X-men, Astonishing X-men, All New X-men, Uncanny Avengers, Avengers. That's 7 ongoings! Plus I'm sure he's going to be a frequent guest character in both Uncanny X-men and Cable and X-Force. Also, in relation to his solo ongoings, wolverine and savage wolverine. The last time we has two concurrent wolverine solos was when we had Wolverine and Wolverine: The Best There Is. And I'm sure we all remember how well that one turned out for marvel.
