Ok well I was watching X-3 and they said that Jean was a class five mutant, so I was wondering what class Wolverine is.

Well seems like in X-3 he was level 10.. Killing Jean like that holding against a Level five's power, everyone gets torn to nothing and he don't, psssssh...

Although I was under the impression that Jean was holding back and that's why he kept gaining distance. The wounds cause by the Phoenix were not like the others, she could of rip out flesh from adamantium if she wanted to. But I guess her feelings got involve..

That is the only way I can see X-3 and not kick my TV!  thinking that's the reason why she didn't finish him :P

The classifications in the movie are only for the movie.They don't actually exist.Mutants in the comics are rated from Zeta to Omega.

i say the big guys at least a class 3 he gets a 3 because his healing factor rocks but nothing compared to the pheonix plus they really dont use numbers its like omega or something

if we want to bring the comics into this then we should also say that the adamantium on his bones stops his mutation fully, he would have the healing factor all the time but he would also continuously mutate into different forms of himself until eventually becoming a less than human form of himself, literally looking more like an animal, and working entirely on instinct and primal wants alone. he actually is like this in the comics at some point.
