I finally got to see the Wolverine last night having missed it on the big screen and the reviewers actually got this one right. Loved the first part of the film, lots of story, great filming in Japan, superb scenery etc. Action shots on train were great. However for me it all fell apart in the last half hour. All got a bit silly with many unanswered questions, i.e. how did wolverine pull apart that silver samurai suit if it was made of adamantium, how come a human swordsman was able to do him such damage? where was Wolverine's strength and speed? oh and In particular the bit where his claws got sliced off...in that connection, as I understand this film follows one of the comics, can someone explain how the hell he gets his adamantium claws back?! I hope we don't have bone claw Wolverine now for any future films, as he has lost a fair bit of his USP without the proper claws...

Just plotholes that you just ignore, especially in comic book movies. Either way, I loved the movie.

For pulling apart the suit, maybe not all of it was made of Adamantium and had weak points? Idk.

What human swordsman are you talking about?

Movie Wolverine has never shown enhanced strength or speed so I don't think he has that here either.

Again, getting adamantium back isn't something important to ponder on. Maybe they're able to find adamantium. Maybe Magneto helps him after the post credits scene

most likely Kenuichio Harada, who was the SS in comics but in the movie they used his father.
