A long-lived mutant with the rage of a beast and the soul of a Samurai, James "Logan" Howlett's once mysterious past is filled with blood, war, and betrayal. Possessing an accelerated healing factor, keenly enhanced senses, and bone claws in each hand (along with his skeleton) that are coated in adamantium; Wolverine is, without question, the ultimate weapon.
Wolverine is always shown as a hero in a colorful suit. Wouldn´t it be better if he were a bit animalistic and if he would wear his brown suit again? Here some pictures:
Wolverine is already hairy and being less animalistic is something the character needs and is something Wolverine already prides himself on so he isn't like Sabretooth. More skill, less stabby, stabby, raaaah, heal, slash.
I don't mind him wearing it for say his solo title. When he has his grimmer, bloodier adventures. But I still prefer the more superheroic yellow-blue look for the X-titles.
Brown suit Wolverine is the one I grew up with. It just feels more Wolverine to me than the yellow/blue one. Plus being as how Logan loves the woods a bright yellow and blue costume sort of blows the whole stealth hunter motif.
@jayso4201: Well, that's just classic, I adore BWS :) But seriously, we don't want to Wolvie go back there, do we?
I really loved the orange and brown suit and I would love if he would go back to it. On the other hand, Wolverine stated he wouldn't do that and since there already is enough inconsistent Wolverine writing around...just do something entirely new.
I don't mind him wearing it for say his solo title. When he has his grimmer, bloodier adventures. But I still prefer the more superheroic yellow-blue look for the X-titles.
