    Get swept up under the spell of the Pink Lady 0

    This is a review for Wolverine/Doop 1-2. As you may know, I am a huge fan of Darwyn Cooke and will read about anything and was one of the main deciding factors in me reading this. After reading it, I can say Im really glad I did. Not only was the art vibrant and beautiful, but the story was really fun and left me wanting more. The story is basically this treasured item, the Pink Mink, has been stolen and Wolverine is tasked with getting it back. While trying to retrieve it, the fabled Pink Lady ...

    Established in the X-Force run of Peter Milligan and Mike Allred, Doop and Wolverine are friends and have a back history.  Giving tribute to Wolverine's Canadian roots Peter Milligan wrote a two issue mini and recruited two of Toronto's finest: Darwyn Cooke and J. Bone.    What I enjoyed about this story is that it is a Detective story.  From some reason unknown to me, Peter Milligan has established himself as a great writer early in his career at DC comics, then falls of the radar for a few yea...
