    Billy Kaplan, an electrokinetic mutant with magical and reality warping abilities, joined the Young Avengers under the name Asgardian (which was later changed to Wiccan) as part of Vision's fail safe program to ensure the existence of the Avengers team. Wiccan and his teammate/brother Speed are believed to be the reincarnations of the Scarlet Witch's dead twin sons. He is considered a powerful mage, and was revealed to be the Demiurge, a being of great power, destined to one day "rewrite the laws of magic".

    Well they met each other when Iron Lad went around looking for people to start the team, and quickly became friends as the team began, then you could kinda get a hint that they both liked each other, and then somewhere along the series they started dating. Also Wiccan accidentally came out to his parents about him dating Hulking, when he was supposed to tell them that he was a superhero lol.

    It never really says when they start dating. They were obviously flirting in one of the first issues and then somewhere in the second trade I think it was just sort of there. They only really said it directly in one of the Young Avengers Specials.
