    The Whaler was a Northern Eurasian who can harness the power of the Aurora Borealis. His "Borealis Effect" presumably was an effect of his tribe developing the land bridge between the lands that eventually became Asia and the United States. A demented man with a carefree and jovial attitude, The Whaler was a follower of the sorceress Gemamnae and was probably absorbed by her, approximately 2,000 BC.
