Watchmen is a twelve-issue comic book limited series created by writer Alan Moore, artist Dave Gibbons, and colorist John Higgins. The grouping of heroes and villains contained in the work are not, in fact, named "The Watchmen", though they were at one point referred to as "Crimebusters". Rorschach, Nite Owl and Dr. Manhattan were the team's primary heroes.
Not sure how this would read knowing that they are the dogs from Watchmen... When I read it I started to figure it out as I went on and was completely blown away when it ended up being the case. It's a really well done comic, made all the more impressive when the revelation is made.
"I'm a good dog. I like it when the Master feeds me. Except when its still moving. Than my brother jumps on it and it stops. I'm better than my brother."
I actually want them to give the dogs thought bubbles now.
Puts Rorschac in to a whole new light? Excuse me, but isn`t he supposed to be as...radical, as in this scene? Yes, he is.
Also, I never did like this scene (where the dogs die), because it`s probably the most evil thing he has ever done. I mean, killing two innocent dogs is more evil than killing four evil humans.
Oh, and also, that comic is quite good.
Eh, Whether or not the dogs should be considered innocent is up to debate, I think the dog thing was a very important scene it demonstrated exactly how far Rorschach had gone and why, how the human psyche can be destroyed by enough negative influence
@kfhrfdu_89_76k: I am of course not advocating the murder of dogs for anything other than self defense, but I don't think just killing their owner makes as big of an impact s killing the dogs and using one of them as a weapon to help kill their owner
