    It is worth mentioning before starting to review this issue that I have read the entire story arc with which this is associated and thus I have a bit of bias in the final outcome of these series as I start to write the first part.  The concept behind the series at this point is a pretty interesting one as far as I am concerned the first story arc led to a need to rebuild Lesser Helium and in doing so Dejah goes on adventures to make that possible, first trying to find the money to do so (the sec...
