    Can Vision phase through Invisible Womans force-fields? 
    What about Shadowcat?
    What about Magneto's or Green Lantern's force-fields?

    I don't think so. Phasing depends on sliding your atoms through the empty space of the atoms of other objects. Energy and force shields are energy so I don't think most phasers can phase through them.
