Nope, though he does essentially have wi-fi so he can communicate with nearby computers. His main ability is density manipulation, he can become completely intangible and lighter than air or harder than diamond and dozens of tons in weight. When he's partially phased he can partially solidify himself within another person and cause them extreme pain and physical damage. He absorbs sunlight to power himself and can focus that energy into an intense beam of heat. He can fly (even separate from his density manipulation), doesn't breathe, sleep or require food since he is a synthetic human not just an android. His body even has synthetic anti-bodies and immune system which seeks out and destroys foreign objects and can heal damage. He also has a built in holographic system so he can disguise his appearance as a regular human.

As for feats he has taken on teams of Avengers and defeated them, fought Silver Surfer in an active volcano and been blown to pieces and completely disassembled but came back (though usually with help from Tony Stark or Hank Pym).
