Major Story Arcs
The Visigoths were defeated by the Romans during the Battle of Pollentia. While the Visigoth men fought, their women and children were kidnapped by Roman soldiers for enslavement or worse. A small group of warriors led by Aric of Dacia attempted to infiltrate and attack the Roman army camp under the cover of night. However the warriors stumbled across an alien race known as The Vine who were on Earth to capture humans for enslavement themselves. The Visigoths were defeated by the superior weapons of their foes and taken aboard the alien mother-ship.
Planet Death
After arriving on The Vine home planet Loam, Aric is shocked to find there are still Visigoths alive and enslaved on the planet. These slaves are the descendants of The Visigoths captured around the same time as Aric. Aric also discovers slaves from a number of other planets on Loam. He leads all the captives in an assault on The Vine and overthrows the Vine High Council. After winning the battle and freeing all the slaves, Aric takes the Visigoths back to Earth.
