Xavin's Skrull background, where androids and cyborgs exist only as servants to Skrulls lead to conflict between Victor and herself, often times openly questioning memories and emotions that Victor expresses. When Victor was damaged severely by Initiative agents, Xavin did not understand his teammates distress, asking why they could not just replace/rebuild Victor. Xavin's prejudice causes her trouble in viewing Victor as an equal despite her teammates' (and Karolina's) disgust. The two have not reconciled their differences.
