After reading FF #16, it almost looks like future Valeria is able to read young Valeria's mind. What do you think?

As smart as she is plus telepathy ought to make her a formidable hero ... or threat based on the events of this issue.

Uhm, isn't it a lot more likely that Future Valeria knew what present day Valeria was thinking?

seems pretty straight forward to me, she knew what she was thinking because she already thought it. Plus I think there would be at least some indication of her powers in the past 5 years if she really did have them.

And about her being a formidable hero : she is already said to be smarter than her father, what with all the technology and her capabilities to create stuff - she can already be considered a powerful hero.
