"I am not certain Scott is dead... I think he made it appear as if he was the one on stage therefore becoming the target and effectively hiding the X-men's existence. Their school was under siege and the children attacked so this might be his way of covering things up. Aside from that he took precautions to ensure that none of the other's would be targets and that Jean wouldn't intervene.I think he was expecting to be attacked and played it to his advantage, this after all is still Summer's were dealing with.

I'm pretty sure Ultimate Cyke is dead. I got the impression from the preview that the remaining X-Men are building a memorial to their deceased members.
What happened during the Ultimate X-Men tie-in to Ultimatum? Well, who died? I remember flicking through the final issue and seeing Wolverine talking to the delusional Madrox.... before killing him off-pannel.

The levels are there to as it where ground the characters and explain their status. f.e. Rogue was a Gamma mutant because her powers can't be switched of and impaired her ability to touch she has has since recent gone up to Alpha because she now can control it. It also explain how powerful she is otherwise you get someone like Emma being able to fight Jean and win which considering that the latter is an Omega shouldn't be possible.

#98 human's armed with Sentinel tech attacked the school killing kids since the X-men where away Rogue who wasn't allowed to go with the original X-men's sought out Wraithfrom the Weapon X program to go kill Magneto.
#99 Rogue returned to the school when it was being attacked accompanied by Sabretooth, Wraith and Juggernaut and pretty much wasted their attackers Cain died fighting them. Sabertooth bailed on them mid-battle.
#100 X-team find Xavier dead, teams spilt up to stop madrox dupes where bombing everywhere including the Emma's school and the European super team. Storm kills a dupe with a knife to the head. Wolverine kills the original Madrox who was in a state of delussion.

J Jonah Jameson realizes that Spider-man is a hero and it's about him writing his obituary and talking about different times when he changed stories to make Spider-man look bad and him telling the truth now...at the end it shows the Ultimates cleaning up the rubble and finding Spider-man...Iron Man shines a light in his eyes and he opens them in the last panel...it was surprisingly a good memorium issue despite Peter not being dead

I'm still thinking it's gotta be Zarda. Look at the cuffs of her sleeves, doesn't she have something like that going on with her outfit.
@Tmul501: i highly doubt its zarda cause she has little if no relationship with those characters, plus the dialog strongly suggested it was someone close to the twins. and the shape of the shadows attire instantly reminded me of scarlet witch, or her mother cause in ultimates 3 she started wearin the classic 616 costume.
