Tyrant is a very powerful cosmic being that developed a lust for tyranny and conquest while serving as Galactus's herald. Over time Galactus learned of Tyrants betrayal and engaged him in a titanic battle which so much energy was released that it could have destroyed an entire galaxy. After Galactus defeated Tyrant he banished him to the far end of the universe. Tyrant over time built an arsenal upon his return to seek revenge on Galactus. When he returned he kidnapped some of the most powerful beings in our galaxy to drain there energy. Beta Ray Bill was one of those beings. Tyrant was later defeated once again, but he will be remembered by Bill.

With the aid of Thanos they were able to drive off Tyrant.

Morg is a very powerful cosmic being is served as Galatus's herald after Nova was expelled for sparing inhabited planets for Galactus to consume. Galactus was drawn to Morg because of his demeanour and his lack of fear when confronting Galactus. Morg had executed his own race by executing the ones that would stand against him. Galactus decided to employ Morg after witnessing his remorselessness. Galactus did not want to lose another herald because of conscience or compassion for the beings on the planets he needed to consume. Morg uses a double edged battle axe as his weapon because that is what he used as a executioner. Morg was defeated and killed by Galactus future Herald Terrax. However Galactus did resurrect Morg to give him another chance at being his herald. Morg went to seek out Terrax but found himself in battle with Tyrant instead. He along with Terrax was defeated and imprisoned until Galactus interfered and freed him.

The first herald of Galactus, Tyrant developed his own sentience as to rebel his creator to pursue the preservation and subjugation of life as to gain enmity and fear in the cosmos. A foe of Silver Surfer among others including Thanos, Tyrant has been subdued of his actions for the time being.
