Thunder is the daughter of Black Lightning and a member of the Outsiders.
Thunder is Black Lightning's daughter since childhood she wanted to follow in her father's footsteps. Black Lightning and her mother Lynn didn't want her to be a superhero but Black Lightning said if she would graduate from college she could be one. On her night of graduation she donned a costume and became Thunder.
