Odin has never done a godblast that I recall. He may be capable of doing it but the only reason Thor is able to do them is because Mjolnir is able to channel his godly lifeforce and since Odin doesn't usually have Mjolnir I don't think he can do them. He can do full on OF blasts but not godblasts. OKT is capable of doing instant godblasts which can almost kill elder god level beings and send them flying lightyears in seconds though.

Only those on Enraged Odin's lv of power dudes like Glory who is the manifestation of the power of a entire Pantheon combined in one.

Well it would seem anyone Odin level or above and anyone below that I doubt would survive it seeing as it killed Bor, who was Odins father and former king of Asgard so must have been somewhat near Odin's level of power.

@jayc1324: Its hard to say if that was a godblast or just him channeling the OF. Personally, I would prob go with the latter since its what he usually uses when he attacks. The godblast per se has always been Thor's own special attack.
