im not a huge fan of either. but really, Thor is faster AND stronger than supes. not to mention smarter, better in combat, has magic, no dumb vulnerabilities. just wish the writers would write him the way we know he should be. how anyone looking at the feats of both can say supes is faster or stronger is beyond reason. its like debating islam. you cant win bc its circular arguments with them.

However when it comes to travel speed with mjolnir, Thor is faster than SS and Superman for sure, but without mjolnir Thor is slower than Supes, is not like he is a turtle... but he is not faster than supes, though he is fast enough to keep the rhythm.
If we are talking about flight travel then "maybe"yes Superman is not faster than Thor, but when it comes reflexes and speed like this:

Don't pay attention to the zooming yellow/red/blue stripe because for some it may look like a "travel feat", look at the after images we see from Clark. We have yet to see Thor do something like this from Clark so no, Thor is not faster than Superman when it comes to reaction time and reflexes. In fact, he is nowhere near Clark and let me leave you guys with this:
