Thor and Firelord fall under the spell of the Gypsy!
Jane Foster has to find a way to free the minds of Thor and the Firelord from the control of the Gypsy, before a good government is toppled.
STORY: (Spoilers!)
Both Firelord and Thor are under the spell of Gypsy, who uses her Mind-Jewel to make these two heroes fight for the rebel armies against the government of Costa Verde. The pair are so unstoppable, that the rebels plan on taking over the capitol the very next day. That gives captive Jane Foster just one more night to try to free Thor from Gypsy's enchantment.
She uses her feminine wiles and invites her guard into her tent, where she knocks him out. Grabbing his machine gun, she faces the rebels and challenges Gypsy to a fight. In a duel of knives, Jane comes out on top. But the other rebels realize that they can't win their battle without Thor and Firelord, so they aim their guns at Jane to kill her. This wakes up Thor's deep love for Jane, releasing him from Gypsy's spell.
When Jane realizes that Gypsy's power comes from the jewel, she rips it from her head and throws it into the fire. Gypsy orders Firelord to retrieve it and give it to her, but as she stretches out her hand to take it from him, he crushes it and its power.
With their own consciences back in place, Thor and Firelord take on the rebels. Finally, Thor sweeps them all up in a whirlwind and plops them all down in front of the Presidential Palace, where President Elmirez was waiting with his best men, waiting for the final assault. He thanks Thor and Firelord for saving his country.
As Firelord leaves, Thor wonders why this alien is so attached to Earth, when it causes him so many problems.
SIDE STORY:
Balder is brought before Odin and accused of treason by Igron. Balder accuses Odin of madness for listening to Igron, and fights his way out of the palace, so that he can return to Earth and warn Thor and the Warriors Three about what is going on in Asgard.
