    This issue exceeded my expectations. The rather plain cover led me to believe that it was going to be no more than a standard battle issue with Thor fighting 'Replicus', whoever that is, most likely a robot. And that's exactly what it was. But, I'd forgotten that Kirby's Thor is really at its best when the Thunder God throws down with an opponent of equal strength in protracted battle sequences.The comic opens with a fight and just keeps the pacing up for the duration.
